Stacked upon my doorstep tonight was this bounty of freshly printed books. Soon I will be shipping out review copies, and fulling all of the orders that have already been received.Speaking of which, I want to thank everyone who has placed an order through paypal. Also (although and I am not going to hype this option to highly) the Amazon page has been established.
